Hey! Welcome to Glow by Chelsea. I started this business in 2022 and I am so proud of what it has become. I offer all things lashes, brows, facials, makeup & more. I strive to create a warm and welcoming environment where you can come and relax in peace, or chat with me about anything on your mind. I hope to make your appointments ones you look forward to going to. My treatment room is a no judgement zone. You are welcome just as you are. While I love the thoughtfulness shown by my clients arriving to their appointments early, please be aware that most times I have a client directly before you, meaning I may not can get to you as soon as you arrive if you are early. I block off the needed amount of time per client to do my best to stay on track. If you arrive early, please have a seat in our waiting area and I’ll get you in asap. Under the circumstances of me being behind schedule you will receive a text message before your appointment letting you know. Some things about me - I am 23. I’ve been a licensed esthetician since 2022. I’m a busy mama to my 1 year old daughter Bella Rose, so my schedule in the salon is limited for now. Saturdays are only available for booking by message. CANCELLATION POLICY
I ask that you please reach out to reschedule or cancel before 48 hours of your scheduled appointment. It is super important for me to have as much notice as possible so I can do my best to make arrangements to fill that spot. I understand things come up and life happens. Please respect me and I will do the same for you. All clients are given a 15 minute grace period past their scheduled time! It’s important we start on time so that I’m able to give you your entire scheduled appt length. At 15 minutes past your appointment will be canceled and deposit forfeited. Deposits are non-transferable to other appointments or other clients.
